Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you use our website, contact Allied Fencing and Services, request an estimate, schedule fencing services, approve work, communicate with us, or receive service-related text messages from us.
These Terms apply to Allied Fencing and Services and the website located at

By using our website, submitting a request, contacting Allied Fencing and Services, requesting an estimate, scheduling service, approving work, or communicating with us by phone, text message, email, or another service-related method, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website, submit information through our website, or request services from Allied Fencing and Services.
2. Website Use
The Allied Fencing and Services website is provided for general business information, customer inquiries, estimate requests, and service-related communication.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
3. Website Information Disclaimer
Information on this website, including service descriptions, photos, examples, availability, and general project information, is provided for informational purposes only.
Website content does not create a binding estimate, quote, contract, warranty, or guarantee. Any pricing, scheduling, materials, or project details must be confirmed directly by Allied Fencing and Services in an estimate, invoice, written communication, or other project-specific agreement.
4. Intellectual Property

5. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites, tools, maps, platforms, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only.
Allied Fencing and Services is not responsible for the content, policies, security, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.
6. Fence Services Provided
Allied Fencing and Services provides fencing-related services, which may include fence estimates, fence installation, fence repair, project scheduling, service coordination, and customer support.
The specific services, materials, project requirements, price, and schedule for any project will be determined by the applicable estimate, quote, invoice, written approval, or other project-specific communication.
7. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared, including visible site conditions, requested fence type, measurements, materials, access conditions, project scope, and customer-provided information.
Submitting a website form or requesting an estimate does not create a contract or guarantee final pricing. Allied Fencing and Services may need to inspect the property, confirm measurements, review access conditions, and evaluate project requirements before final pricing is confirmed.
Estimates may change if project details change, if site conditions differ from what was originally known, if additional work is requested, if materials change, or if material pricing or availability changes before the project is approved.
8. Scope of Work
The scope of work for a fencing project may include details such as fence type, fence height, approximate footage, gates, posts, materials, removal of existing fencing, haul-away, special access requirements, and any additional work approved by the customer.
Only the work specifically included in the applicable estimate, quote, invoice, or written communication is included in the project. Additional requests, changes, or extras may require revised pricing and approval before work is performed.
9. Scheduling and Property Access
Project scheduling depends on availability, weather, material availability, site conditions, utility marking, customer responsiveness, and reasonable access to the work area.
The customer is responsible for providing access to the property, work area, gates, driveways, and any areas reasonably necessary to complete an estimate, inspection, installation, repair, or service visit.
If Allied Fencing and Services cannot access the property or work area at the scheduled time, the appointment or project may need to be rescheduled.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the project, property, access instructions, preferred fence location, and any known conditions that may affect the work.
Customer responsibilities may include:
- Providing accurate contact information
- Providing the correct service address or project location
- Identifying the requested fence location
- Ensuring access to the work area
- Moving vehicles, furniture, decorations, trash bins, and other obstacles from the work area
- Securing pets and keeping people away from active work areas
- Informing us about sprinkler lines, irrigation systems, private utilities, underground wiring, septic systems, pool lines, or other hidden conditions
- Obtaining any required approvals when applicable
- Confirming property lines and boundaries before work begins
11. Property Lines, Permits, HOA, and Utilities
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for confirming property lines, easements, setback requirements, private restrictions, homeowner association requirements, and any other property-specific limitations that may affect fence placement.
The customer is responsible for obtaining homeowner association approvals, neighborhood approvals, or similar private approvals unless Allied Fencing and Services specifically agrees otherwise in writing.
Permit requirements can vary depending on the property, fence type, fence height, location, project type, and local rules. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for confirming and obtaining any required permits or approvals.
Public utility marking may not identify private lines or customer-installed systems. The customer is responsible for informing Allied Fencing and Services of any private utilities, sprinkler systems, irrigation lines, drainage lines, septic systems, pool lines, gas lines, electrical lines, low-voltage wiring, or other underground items that may not be marked by public utility locating services.
Allied Fencing and Services is not responsible for property line disputes, inaccurate customer-provided placement instructions, unmarked private utilities, hidden underground conditions, or restrictions that were not disclosed before work began.
12. Materials and Site Conditions
Fencing materials may vary slightly in color, texture, finish, size, appearance, or availability depending on manufacturer supply, material type, weathering, and normal industry variation.
Site conditions such as rock, hard soil, roots, slopes, debris, existing concrete, buried materials, drainage conditions, restricted access, or previous fence construction may affect scheduling, labor, equipment needs, and project cost.
If unexpected site conditions are discovered, Allied Fencing and Services may discuss available options, additional work, revised materials, or updated pricing before continuing with affected portions of the project.
If a specific material is unavailable, Allied Fencing and Services may recommend a comparable material or alternative option. Any material substitution that materially changes the project scope, appearance, or price should be approved before use.
13. Changes to Project Scope
Any changes to the requested work, materials, layout, fence height, footage, gates, removal, haul-away, access conditions, or schedule may affect the project price and completion timeline.
Allied Fencing and Services may require approval before performing work that is outside the original estimate, quote, invoice, or agreed project scope.
Verbal or informal requests made during a project may need to be confirmed before they become part of the approved scope of work.
14. Delays, Weather, and Supply Conditions
Fencing work may be affected by weather, unsafe site conditions, wet ground, high winds, extreme temperatures, material availability, supplier delays, utility marking delays, scheduling changes, customer availability, or other conditions outside of our reasonable control.
Allied Fencing and Services will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling updates when delays affect an estimate, appointment, or project.
15. Payments and Invoices
Payment terms, deposits, balances, due dates, and accepted payment methods may be stated on the applicable estimate, quote, invoice, or written communication for the project.
Customers are responsible for paying approved charges for requested services, materials, labor, and approved project changes.
If payment terms are not separately stated, payment is due as communicated by Allied Fencing and Services for the applicable service or project.
Unpaid balances may delay scheduling, completion, warranty review, additional work, or future service until the account is brought current.
16. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should contact Allied Fencing and Services as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, estimate, or approved project.
If materials have already been ordered, prepared, customized, delivered, or reserved for a project, cancellation may affect refund availability, scheduling, or project charges.
Allied Fencing and Services may reschedule work due to weather, unsafe conditions, material delays, access issues, utility marking delays, or other circumstances that affect the ability to complete the work safely and properly.
17. Workmanship and Materials
Allied Fencing and Services aims to perform fencing work in a professional manner consistent with the approved scope of work and normal industry practices.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the applicable manufacturer and may be subject to separate manufacturer terms, exclusions, limitations, registration requirements, or maintenance requirements.
Unless specifically stated in writing, Allied Fencing and Services does not guarantee against normal wear and tear, weathering, fading, rust over time, wood movement, warping, shrinking, soil movement, storm damage, flooding, vehicle damage, animal damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, customer alterations, or conditions outside of our control.
Customers should notify Allied Fencing and Services promptly if they believe there is a workmanship concern so the issue can be reviewed.
18. Photos and Project Records
Allied Fencing and Services may take photos or maintain records of estimates, work areas, project progress, completed work, materials, site conditions, and service-related communications for documentation, quality control, customer support, and business records.
Completed project photos may be used for business portfolio, website, advertising, or social media purposes unless the customer asks Allied Fencing and Services not to use identifiable photos of the customer’s property for marketing purposes.
